Louise’s passion is making exercise accessible to all. Knowing how invaluable it is for your mental and physical health but being equally aware that mental or physical limitations can make it particularly difficult to access it, her mission is to create a space that feels relaxed, welcoming and not intimidating in the slightest. She also believes that there are not enough places where pre and postnatal fitness classes are held and where parents who struggle with childcare also have the option to socialise and stay active.
Louise takes out HIIT sessions and Mum & Baby groups.

Lawrence is a highly qualified personal trainer with a background in leisure centre management.

PERSONAL TRAINER
I help people to develop strength, move well and create structure in their training. I have been qualified now for over a decade, during this time I have gained the skills and knowledge to know what you need to be able to reach your goals. I have trained clients in powerlifting to a national standard and trained beginners to a position where they feel confident in the gym and their daily routines to improve their health. Health is always the main priority of any training and/or nutrition that I put together.

Candice is a PT based at Solace.
I-Can Fitness & Lifestyle Coaching was born from a desire to empower people by working with them to find manageable, sustainable and realistic ways to enhance their quality of life through training and lifestyle habits. I am a busy working parent and know how impossible it can seem to fit everything into your already bursting schedule, but we often underestimate how powerful small, consistent, positive steps can enhance our wellbeing.
Physical and mental well-being are interdependent and the real meaningful magic happens when we set goals with this in mind.
I can incorporate all elements of fitness into your sessions based on your goals, activity level and what you enjoy. I love to inspire everyone to strength train for the huge array of health benefits it offers and what could be more empowering than feeling stronger and more capable than you thought possible?

Mum & Baby Fit
A bootcamp-style class with a mixture of resistance and cardio exercise, the focus being to rebuild fitness and strength after pregnancy. Lots of options given for all fitness levels and stages of post natal recovery, and we aim to provide a relaxed and safe environment for mums and their babies.
Mum & Baby Dance Fit
An ‘old skool’ aerobics-style class with a focus on dance/based cardio for the first half and then followed by some resistance and core exercises to create all all-round full body workout. All Mum & Baby Fit classes can be adapted by the instructor to meet all levels and stages of postnatal recovery.
